What the heck is a polar vortex anyway? Even though the worst of it will miss the Gulf Coast, parts of central and northern Mississippi are seeing snow.
All this talk of frigid temperatures reminded me of my early days in radio in the Northeast. They'd send me out in the cold to do man-on-the-street events, live broadcasts, even fun stuff. But it never mattered. If I was outside in the cold...I WAS NOT HAVING FUN. All I wanted was heat and a cup of coffee back in the studio. lol
