AJR is currently on their "Neotheater World Tour," but after finishing up the trek in December, the guys are playing an intimate show for fans upon returning to the US, and fans from across the country will be able to tune in and watch live.
Neotheater is AJR's third full-length studio album following 2017's The Click, and showcases twelve new songs including their latest single "Dear Winter." The track is written by the group's Ryan Met and is a letter to his future child, whose name is Winter. He explained to iHeartRadio in a recent interview, "I wrote it after I asked a girl to hang out and she said no. And it wasn't quite a song about her, it was more of a song to my future kid about how strange and difficult it was to find their mom, and how weird it is to date in 2019."
AJR kicked off their "Neotheater World Tour" in September in Iowa, and have been making their way across the US stopping in cities including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, New York City, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Atlanta, and more. The band heads to Europe in early December and will wrap up their global tour in Manchester, UK on December 14th.
During their exclusive iHeartRadio show, AJR will be performing their new music for fans, in addition to songs from their previous two albums. The trio will also open up about Neotheater and more during an exclusive Q&A.
