Former UFC fighter Guilherme 'Bomba' Vasconcelos, who had previously dated pop superstar Demi Lovato, reportedly died by suicide, according to a newly-released incident report obtained by TMZ Sports on Saturday (February 22).

Vasconcelos, 38, was found in the garage by a woman who called police on October 15. The Illinois State Police Department arrived at the house at around 9:00 a.m. local time.

Police concluded that Vasconcelos died by suicide after viewing security footage captured just before midnight the previous night, hours before the body was discovered the next morning. Anabolic steroids were found at the home, however, a toxicology report showed that only caffeine was present in Vasconcelos' body at the time of his death.

No other drugs nor a suicide note was found at the scene, according to police. Vasconcelos retired in 2021 with a 10-6 professional MMA career record, which included a loss to Luke Zachrich by unanimous decision in his only UFC fight. The fighter dated Lovato in 2017 before the two ended their relationship later that year.
