Robert Fripp And His Happy Wife Are Back With A ZZ Top Cover

Legendary prog rock guitarist Robert Fripp never could have thought the corona virus lockdown would revive his career, but the videos he's made with his wife have been viewed by millions.

Robert was getting a little stir crazy during the quarantine, so his TV star wife came up with this idea to keep him occupied. “Here I am in this house with this 74-year-old husband who I really don’t want to live without,” she says. “He was withdrawing, so I thought: ‘I’m going to teach him to dance.’ And it became a challenge.” They posted a video, and it took off. “It was: ‘Wow, I’ve never experienced the power of that connection.’”

Their most popular video is Robert playing Metallica's, "Enter Sandman," while his wife is bouncing up and down on an exercise bike in the kitchen. Not to take anything away from Robert's playing, but I believe the bouncing part is the most popular part of this video. Since then they've covered Motley Crue, Jimi Hendrix, Motorhead, Alice Cooper, and now ZZ Top with a bearded mystery guitarist. Who do you think that is?

Toyah gets a little close with those scissors though... Check it out.
